Sabrage Dinner

Join us on Monday 9 June 2025, for a truly unique evening celebrating the tradition of Sabrage. The night begins with a Champagne Reception at 7pm, followed by a four-course gourmet dinner expertly paired with a flight of five exceptional wines. Priced at £140 per person, this event promises an unforgettable experience of fine dining and exquisite wines.

For those wishing to master the art of Sabrage, the ceremonial opening of a Champagne bottle with a sword, a Sabreur certificate is available for an additional £15.
